Sales Coordinator General Job Objective Ensure effective coordination between the sales department and supporting departments (finance, operations, customer service, marketing) to facilitate the smooth execution of sales processes from quotation to collection, ensuring accurate and efficient achievement of sales targets. ⸻ Detailed Responsibilities and Duties First: Internal Coordination Tasks 1. Coordinate daily activities among sales staff, supervisors, and other departments. 2. Follow up on order execution from the moment it is entered into the system until service delivery to the customer. 3. Ensure complete information about services and prices is available before sending to customers. 4. Prepare periodic reports on the status of orders, active sales, and completed transactions. 5. Review invoices and receipt vouchers in coordination with the finance department to ensure data accuracy. 6. Store and archive all contracts, quotations, and invoices in the electronic system. 7. Coordinate with the electronic operations department to correct or update service data in the system when necessary. ⸻ Second: Sales Support Tasks 1. Prepare price quotations and contracts in coordination with the salesperson or department manager. 2. Respond to customer inquiries regarding prices, services, and timelines. 3. Assist in entering customer data into the system and verifying its accuracy. 4. Prepare sales or commission distribution templates according to the electronic wallet system. 5. Support the sales supervisor in tracking monthly targets and analyzing achievement rates. 6. Schedule and coordinate sales team meetings, and document meeting minutes. 7. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and periodic Excel reports to present performance to management. ⸻ Third: Customer Service and Follow-up Tasks 1. Receive customer feedback after service completion and enter it into the feedback system. 2. Follow up on customer satisfaction and prepare feedback reports. 3. Communicate with customers regarding order updates or any missing required documents. 4. Ensure final contracts and invoices are delivered to the customer on time. 5. Support financial collection teams by coordinating on cases of non-paying customers. ⸻ Fourth: Reporting and Statistics Tasks 1. Prepare weekly and monthly reports showing: * Number of new and completed orders. * Target achievement rate for each salesperson. * Most requested or delayed services. * Recurring customer feedback. 2. **\# Job Summary** \- To visit cigarette selling retail and wholesale stores and collect basic market info, namely the selling price data for all SKU and photos of the tobacco display shelf. \- To monitor market issues by interviewing store owners/workers and checking local news/media of cigarette industry \*KT\&G will share the report format(Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel file, or other) **\*This is planned to be monthly report, but the duration and /or frequency will be individually noticed upon the time of interview.(Can be a one\-time job, or can be long\-term but quarterly job, etc.)** **\#Duties and responsibilities** \- To visit stores and collect market info and issues on a monthly basis \*KT\&G holds the rights to set the desired number of products to conduct the price research of the month. \*KT\&G holds the rights to set the desired number of store to conduct the price research of the month. **\* The number/proportion of retail and wholesale stores to be visited are to be set by KT\&G.** **\*The initial plan is to assign research of average 30 tobacco products, at 12 stores.
