**Data Centers Design \& Execution Manager.Core Network Development \& B2B** **\-** **(****250000PA****)****Description** 1\. Plan, Design \& Execute the electromechanical, Civil \& Telecom activities within new \& expansion projects of Data Centers, Core Sites \& BSC sites. 2\. Prepare the budget estimates and provision for the Data Centers new \& expansion projects. 3\. Provide the Complete Design, Specifications, BOQs, Drawings \& complete tender package of main IT rooms related to the B2B Gated Communities projects. 4\. Review the Design, specifications \& Documents EM \& Civil (prepared by other consultants) of new \& expansion Data Centers projects. 5\. Ensure Achieving the targets within the allocated budget. 6\. Prepare New Data Centers Design according to state of the art Concepts \& Technologies. 7\. Prepare \& modify technical specifications \& Documents for tenders, \& Contribute in the Technical evaluation of the Contractors. 8\. Ensure all the team contributes directly to achieve the goals. 9\. Manage the team to ensure organizational efficiency through appropriate motivation, training and development. 10\. Provide clear targets and project deliverables to ensure project completion. 11\. Provide technical \& functional leadership to the team to ensure that the group supports the goals \& objectives. 12\. Supervise \& Manage the EM, Civil \& Telecom works in Etisalat new projects. 13\. Contribute for the continuous improvement of the process for new data centers \& core sites. 14\. Making smooth interconnection relations with other teams in same \& other departments, \& taking their feedback in consideration for improvement. 15\. Develop strong relationships with contractors \& vendors. 16\. Preparing progress reports to the upper management. 17\. Review \& Verify the Contractors \& Vendors Invoices for Approval. 18\.
