




**Responsibilities** * Provide immediate first level support; Whether via phone or remote access including to problem resolution for software/hardware. * Routine maintenance of the HW and SW according to agreed plans. * Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs. * Diagnosing errors, troubleshoot \& maintain network connections or any other computer systems. * Maintain inventory of all IT equipment. * Handle all documentation for hardware and software, maintenance and problem resolutions. * Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or external consultant. * Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software * Maintain network servers such as file servers, AD, Print server....etc * Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems. **Job Requirements** BC.
