As a Senior AWS L3 Support Engineer, you will provide expert\-level support for AWS services, helping clients navigate complex issues while ensuring optimal performance and security of their cloud environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide advanced technical support for AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolution of issues. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and enhance system performance. * Monitor AWS environments, performing proactive measures to ensure system reliability and uptime. * Document issues and solutions effectively, contributing to the knowledge base for continuous improvement. * Guide clients through AWS architecture and support best practices to maximize service usage. * Provide training and mentorship to junior support engineers on AWS services and support processes. * Stay up to date with AWS service offerings and contribute to developing strategies for leveraging new features and tools. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 10\+ years of experience in technical support or system engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AWS support. * AWS Certified Solutions Architect \- Professional or similar certification is highly desirable. * Extensive knowledge of AWS services, best practices, and cloud architecture patterns. * Proficient in troubleshooting complex technical issues, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. * Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation and support tasks. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast\-paced environment.
