A leading company in producing Soy\-bean is currently seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical General Ledger Analyst to join their client's finance team in the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, and supporting month\-end and year\-end closing processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain and reconcile trial balance accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records. * Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including accruals and adjustments. * Handle cash operations tasks for the Swiss entity including cash journals. * Support receivables accounting key activities. * Participate in the month\-end and year\-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion. * Support balance sheet reconciliation for assigned accounts \& resolve all the reviewing action points. * Identify and resolve issues affecting the closing process to ensure compliance with reporting deadlines. * Assist in the preparation and coordination of financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. * Support various types of tax audits, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations. * Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to general ledger activities. * Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. * 3\+ years of accounting \& financial analysis experience. * Practical Experience and understanding of US GAAP is preferred. * Experience in the agribusiness or manufacturing sector is an advantage. * Strong accounting experience with good technical knowledge. * Strong understanding of financial analysis and compliance. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Time Management and ability to meet required deadlines. * Work experience in a multinational environment or international business experience. * Continuous Improvement focus. **Benefits:** Attractive Package
