**Position Overview:** We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automation Engineer to join our Data Team, specializing in developing automation solutions preferably using RPA with Python, similar platforms and leveraging AI to optimize business processes. This is a full\-time role for candidates with 2\-4 years of experience. You will collaborate closely with our finance, customer service, escalation, marketing, payments, flight and hotel teams to design and implement scalable, intelligent automation solutions, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and innovation while reducing manual effort and operational bottlenecks across various business functions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Document business requirements and translating those into technical specifications * Design target solution and develop technical prototypes * Assist in the automation of processes across finance, marketing, payments, and flights teams using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). * Develop and maintain automation scripts primarily written in Python. * Utilize BigQuery to extract, transform, and load data for automation tasks. * Explore and implement solutions involving OpenAI/GenAI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) for in\-house tool development. * Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. **Requirements:** * Strong knowledge of Python programming.
