Electrical Engineer - Asyut

Egypt (Assuit) Supply Chain On\-site Experienced Professionals ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity. * Implement PM schedule tasks and do the SAP Work Order process. * Responsible for reporting breakdowns and Root cause analysis. * Responsible for reducing breakdown times and increase lines SLE. * Responsible for preparing overhauling spare parts, critical parts and stock monitoring. * Implement energy saving projects. * Responsible for implement electrical and HSE policies and programs. * Achieve plant KPIs, especially Engineering ones. * Deploy strategies in reliability that build maintenance and technician capabilities. * Develop a team to handle day\-to\-day operational issues and reach short\- and long\-term performance goals. * Communicate and collaborate cross\-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues. * Builds people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front\-line. * Motivate team members to achieve plan goals. * Administer policies and procedures. * Regular and predictable attendance at the work site. * Prioritize work requests. * This role requires regular presence on the plant floor. * This role will require off\-shift and some weekend work.
