




### **Job Description** First-level Application Support Specialist ### **Responsibilities** * + Provide your customers with fast and efficient technical support + Provide guidance on product usage, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that arise. + Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers in solving their problems + Provide support via live\-chat and e\-mail + Conduct demo\-meetings with potential customers + Hold meetings to set up accounts with new users + Report issues from users to the technical team ### **Requirements** * + Flexibility for an on\-site working schedule from 9:00 to 17:00 + Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, are required + 1\+ years of experience in customer support + Experience in SAAS\-support is preferred
