Key Accountabilities: Plan, design, implement and execute the Unified Local and Wide Area Networks (LANs and WANs). Provide detailed designs for IP/data networks in order to ensure that a consistent, stable and secure infrastructure is in place. Implement and maintain effective and reliable internet protocol (IP) network infrastructure in a production global environment. Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot and administer Softec’s hardware and software systems at different operational areas. Install, maintain and administer Softec’s network data communications equipment, such as Firewall, switches, routers, Wireless and Ethernet. Conduct network system audits to evaluate the efficiency of the system's hardware, software and communications components and ensure alignment with Softec’s business requirements. Ability to work in a cloud\-based or hosting environment (Microsoft Azure Cloud) \& Office365 Develop network capacity reports and provide technical recommendations to Manager, on network changes, upgrades and improvements. Perform daily network system checks, and document, report and address network problems and resolutions. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and activities to ensure maximum availability of all network infrastructures. Recommend purchase of new network equipment such as computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment and software. Standard minimum qualifications: Language: Fluency in both oral and w ritten communications in English and Arabic Education: Bachelor degree preferably in the related functional area. Network protocols and network administration knowledge, network security \- minimum 2 years Strong knowledge of major networking components and network operating systems Strong knowledge of computing and network hardware and peripheral equipment Strong knowledge of backup and restoration mechanism Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure) required Experience using monitoring tools Experience: At least 2\-3 years work experience in Managing networks \& IT service operations
