**Company:** MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt)\- **Job Purpose:** The Technical Sales Support Engineer is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to the sales team and external bodybuilders for both Mercedes\-Benz and Chinese trucks and vans The role ensures that vehicle configurations meet customer and technical requirements, supporting the sales cycle from inquiry to order finalization The engineer plays a key role in technical specification development, order validation, and coordination of vehicle customization, contributing directly to increased sales effectiveness and operational efficiency **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to the Sales Team for both Mercedes\-Benz and Chinese trucks and vans to help secure market opportunities and drive higher sales * Investigate sales inquiries by studying customer requirements, configuring the appropriate vehicle specifications, and delivering tailored technical offers, detailed data sheets, and vehicle drawings post\-spec finalization * Support bodybuilders by providing technical clarification and guidance to ensure proper vehicle integration with body applications * Review and confirm all customer purchase orders to ensure technical and logistical alignment with the agreed sales configurations * Print and verify semi\-final vehicle specifications before production and share them with the Sales Team for confirmation * Issue and maintain a weekly order status report to track progress, highlight delays, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles * Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics departments to ensure vehicle orders are executed correctly and on schedule * Stay current with updates to product specifications, vehicle technologies, and regulatory standards affecting MB and Chinese commercial vehicles * Contribute to the development of technical documentation and support tools to improve sales efficiency and customer communication **Job Skills and Abilities:** * Solid technical background in automotive engineering, with strong understanding of vehicle systems and configurations * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer tools; good working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software * Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal * Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills * Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across departments * Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and coordination skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 0\-3 years of experience
