




Production Management * + Oversee daily operations of date sorting, grading, packing and processing. + Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are met. + Optimize production schedules to maximize throughput and minimize downtime. + Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity Quality \& Food Safety Compliance * + Ensure adherence to food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, BRC) and customer requirements + Work closely with the quality team to maintain high product standards. + Implement corrective actions to address quality deviations. + Conduct routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance. Workforce Management \& Development * + Lead, train, and develop the production team to enhance skills and performance. + Ensure proper workforce planning, including seasonal staffing needs. + Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. + Monitor and improve labor productivity while maintaining high morale. Maintenance \& Equipment Efficiency * + Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance plans are executed to minimize downtime. + Work closely with maintenance team to optimize machine performance. + Identify and implement automation or process improvement to enhance efficiency. + Maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance activities. Supply Chain \& Inventory Coordination * + Coordinate with farm and supply chain teams to ensure a steady supply of date, raw materials, and packaging. + Optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking. + Ensure proper storage and handling of dates to maintain quality. + Align production planning with sales forecast and customer demand. + Monitor report the dates inventory based on the categories and grads. Health, Safety \& Environmental Compliance * + Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with HSE regulations. + Implement and enforce workplace safety policies and best practices. + Conduct safety training and ensure the use of PPEs and proper hygiene practices. + Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and drive safety culture. Reporting \& Performance Monitoring * + Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, efficiency, and quality. + Prepare reports for senior management with insights and recommendations. + Use data\-driven decision\-making to improve processes and reduce waste. + Implement and monitor cost\-saving initiatives while maintaining product integrity. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Agriculture Engineering * **8 \-10 years of experience** in food processing, FMCG, or Agri\-industrial operations, with at least **3\-5 years in managerial role**. * Strong background in **Production Planning, quality assurance, and process optimization** in a factory environment * Experience in managing seasonal workforce operations is highly desirable. * Knowledge of **Food Safety and Compliance with international standards** (BRC, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP). * Hands\-on experience with **Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies** * Strong leadership skills with a track record of **team development and performance management** **Benefits** * Medical insurance coverage * Social insurance coverage
