Then join TeamViewer as Channel Account Manager and be responsible for managing our key strategic partners in Nordic Markets. Identify key partners, build relationships and assist them in developing a plan to achieve greater sales and exposure for our products. * Identify potential key partners (system integrations, consulting, VARs, MSPs) * Facilitate business development with these partners, assisting them in developing a long\-term successful strategy for achieving their business goals * Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline, QBRs and registration/escalation process for your region * Work closely with local distributors \& Sales teams to qualify new opportunities * Work with marketing to execute sales strategy and promote product enhancements and new product features * Recruit new partners, build business plan, customer mapping \& objectives * Develop and implement the sales, certification \& technical enablement of partner teams * Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products \& strategy through product demos, participation in marketing events, developing brand awareness, developing co\-marketing with partners in collaboration with TeamViewer marketing team **Requirements** * 10\+ years of professional and proven channel sales and account management experience in IT industry including relationship building * Experience in implementation teams of SI or managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor * Fluency **English** is required, plus fluency in one Nordic language such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish. * Motivated to work with leading\-edge technologies and applying those to drive business value to partners * Customer focused with the willingness to go the extra mile to exceed partner expectations * Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced environment * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different departmental teams * Flexibility, adaptability and quick to learn new skills paired with the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales * Positive outlook and a strong ability to take responsibility and being accountable for own actions and decisions **What we offer** * **Onsite Onboarding** in our HQ office for an optimal start * **Great compensation and benefits packages** including company achievement bonus or sales bonus, company stocks and regular salary reviews * Premiums for the private pension plan (**BAV**) up to the maximum amount are topped up by TeamViewer * **Public transport friendly** offices * Option to **lease an e\-bike** (Germany only) * **Special terms** for local gyms * Access to *Corporate Benefits platform* with many **discounts** * Regular **Team events** and company\-wide celebrations * **Open door policy**, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches * **Hybrid** and **Flexible** work time with up to 50% home office * **Work From Abroad Program** allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country * We celebrate **diversity** as one of core values, join and drive one of the c\-a\-r\-e initiatives together with us!
