This position reports to: Quality and Operational Excellence Manager **Your Role: Own the Challenge** * Lead and deploy the strategy, objectives, and targets for Supplier Quality Management in alignment with the Quality Management System, Quality Policy, and Procurement strategy. * Ensure effective use of Supplier Quality Management tools and systems for collaboration, reporting, monitoring, and managing quality, delivery, and compliance metrics. * Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Procurement, Production planning, Sustainability, Integrity, Compliance, R&D/Engineering, and Projects. * Support the supplier risk management process, including evaluation of field returns—even beyond warranty periods. **What it takes to Run what runs the world** * 7–10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Procurement Quality roles * Deep knowledge of supplier quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D, and SPC * Experience in supplier audits, qualification processes, and performance monitoring * Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action (RCA/CA) **What's in it for you** We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
