Sales Executive (Hotels Experience Only)
**Job Summary:**
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, and maximizing hotel bookings through proactive sales strategies. The role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a strong network in the tourism and corporate sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:****Sales \& Business Development:*** Identify and target potential clients in the travel, corporate, and event sectors.
* Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site visits.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
* Promote hotel services including room bookings, event venues, and catering.
**Client Relationship Management:*** Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
* Handle inquiries, negotiate rates, and finalize contracts.
* Ensure seamless service delivery by collaborating with other hotel departments.
**Market Analysis \& Reporting:*** Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
* Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
**Marketing \& Events:*** Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
Assist in organizing in\-house promotional events and FAM (familiarization) trips.

**Qualifications \& Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (Fresh Graduates)
* English Language proficiency is a must.
* Proven experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality role is a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Results\-driven with strong problem\-solving abilities.
**Working Conditions:*** Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Frequent travel for client meetings and industry events may be required.
