### **Role Overview** ### **We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to define and oversee the overall testing strategy for a major SAP transformation program. This role is accountable for ensuring end\-to\-end system quality, aligning testing activities across all workstreams, and enabling smooth, risk\-free SAP go\-live.** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * ### **Develop and execute a** **comprehensive SAP testing strategy****, including** **unit****,** **integration****,** **regression****, and** **user acceptance testing (UAT)****.** * ### **Lead and manage** **multiple testing teams****, ensuring coordination across** **functional****,** **technical****, and** **business stakeholders****.** * ### **Oversee** **test planning****,** **test script development****, and** **defect management****, ensuring** **timely** **resolution and reporting.** * ### **Define** **testing standards****,** **frameworks****, and** **best practices****, driving consistency across all workstreams.** * ### **Collaborate with** **business users** **and** **technical teams** **to** **validate** **requirements, design scenarios, and ensure coverage of** **critical business processes****.** * ### **Maintain** **dashboards****,** **metrics****, and** **executive reports** **to communicate** **testing progress****,** **risks****, and** **readiness** **to** **PMO** **and** **leadership****.** * ### **Mentor, guide, and coach** **test leads** **and** **analysts****, fostering a** **high\-performing****,** **quality\-driven team****.** * ### **Drive** **continuous improvement initiatives** **by** **identifying** **gaps in** **processes****,** **tools****, or** **coverage****.** * ### **Demonstrate strong** **leadership****,** **problem\-solving****, and** **communication skills** **to manage** **complex dependencies** **and** **stakeholder expectations****.** ### **Required Qualifications:** * ### **Proven experience in** **SAP testing management** **across multiple modules and integrations.** * ### **Expertise** **in** **test strategy development****,** **execution****, and** **defect resolution****.** * ### **Strong knowledge of** **testing standards****,** **frameworks****, and** **best practices****.** * ### **Familiarity with** **SAP transformation programs****,** **UAT****, and** **regression testing****.** * ### **Hands\-on experience with** **test planning****,** **script development****, and** **progress tracking tools****.** * ### **Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guide** **testing teams** **and ensure** **timely** **delivery.** * ### **Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with** **business users****,** **technical teams****, and** **PMO leadership****.** * ### **Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering); certifications in** **SAP testing** **or** **quality assurance** **are a plus.**
