IT Support resource will be providing technical assistance to users and maintaining the IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as supporting and maintaining servers to ensure reliable and secure system performance. Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, software, and network connectivity. * Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals. * Perform server maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure uptime and security. * Monitor server performance and troubleshoot system issues. * Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions. * Ensure data security, antivirus management, and compliance with IT policies. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. * Experience with Windows operating systems, networking, and system and servers administration. * 2\-3 years experience minimum on similar job * Will be in Jubail industrial city, Eastern provenance * Holding Saudi valid Iqama. * Arabic English speaker 6e1ge05648
