Key responsibilities * **Student supervision and discipline:** * Monitor student conduct during non\-instructional times like recess, lunch, and transitions between classes. * Ensure compliance with school rules, safety procedures, and the code of conduct. * Manage student attendance and address absence. * **Academic and teacher support:** * Observe teachers, provide feedback, and document their performance. * Assist teachers with lesson planning, curriculum development, and professional growth. * Conduct classroom and lesson plan evaluations to ensure quality and alignment with school standards. * **Administrative and logistical support:** * Coordinate with senior management, department heads, and teachers to address issues and implement school\-wide initiatives. * Maintain records, including attendance, student data, and other information on school management systems. * Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing school\-wide events. * **Compliance and reporting:** * Ensure adherence to all relevant school laws and regulations. * Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate personnel. Qualifications and skills * **Education:** A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education or a related field * **Experience:** Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in a language or international school environment, is preferred. * **Technical skills:** Computer literacy, especially proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite * **Interpersonal skills:** Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for managing staff, students, and daily operations. * **Language skills:** Proficiency in English and Arabic is required Job Type: Full\-time Pay: E£10,000\.00 \- E£12,000\.00 per month
