Design scalable integration solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions. API Gateway Management: Manage the API Gateway, including the design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of APIs. Implement API security, governance, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the integrity and reliability of the organization's API ecosystem. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify and address API\-related issues and optimize API performance. Knowledge Sharing and Mentoring: Contribute to the organization's knowledge base by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and integration solution artifacts. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest integration technologies, patterns, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the organization's integration capabilities. Collaborate with the IT leadership team to develop a strategic roadmap for the organization's integration initiatives. Participate in audits and provide technical guidance to maintain the integrity of the integration landscape. **Qualifications** **QUALIFICATIONS\_ESSENTIAL** Proficient in TIBCO or webMethods integration technologies. Hands\-on experience in Java programming and familiarity with IBM BPM Cloud Pack. Expertise in API Gateway design, deployment, and management. Strong knowledge of integration patterns and architectural principles. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
