#### **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities \& Accountabilities:** * Regularly update and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime. * Install and update software and hardware, ensuring compatibility and performance. * Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any IT\-related problems. * Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure data integrity. * Document configurations, system changes, and issues. * Ensure systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations. * Identify areas for automation and create scripts or use tools to optimize routine tasks. * Implement systems to automate monitoring, backups, and reporting. #### **Skills** **Education / Certification / Soft Skills \& Behavioral Competencies** * 3\+ years of experience in relevant field. * Good knowledge in Microsoft products and systems. * Good knowledge of network basics. * Good knowledge of security basics. * Good knowledge in Microsoft Cloud services (O365 and Azure). * Excellent communication skills. * ITIL Knowledge.
