Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Cloud Automation Engineer for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. **Job Summary:** Seasoned systems engineer performing wide variety of duties including installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades, and general support for a light\-enterprise Microsoft Windows\-based environment. You will be capable of applying sound engineering practices, good judgement and technical skills to achieve both short and long\-term goals as established by client management This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed. * Responsibilities: * Responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom low\-code business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform suite and SharePoint Online. This role supports the Microsoft 365 environment. * Assist in the configuration and deployment of a full complement of Microsoft operating systems infrastructure, to include Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows Workstation, and complimentary services and software. * Perform maintenance and upgrade of the following computing environments: Windows Server 2022/2019, Windows 10/11\. * You will be a proactive self\-starter requiring minimal supervision who can monitor existing infrastructure, identify and coordinate implementation changes to address problems or engineering changes with little to no impact to the end users. * The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage their expertise in backend administration and solution development to create and manage automation solutions. * Additionally, the role includes responsibilities for testing, deployment, and documentation, as well as serving as a backup administrator for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. * Analyze customer requirements and provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of varying degrees of complexity. * Responsibility for engineering designs, development, and implementation of domain policies, hardening, and related procedures related to core infrastructure. * Responsible for performance and availability monitoring, providing appropriate access controls, hardware and software installation, as well as configuration and maintenance of all Windows\-related technologies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in information technology, or an Associate's degree and six years of experience, or a combination of education and experience equal to eight years. * Demonstrated experience and proficiency in scripting and programming with PowerShell, JSON, and/or Graph API. * Experience developing enterprise\-wide solutions integrating Microsoft 365 services. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team\-oriented environment. * Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. * Self\-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects. * Nice\-to\-have: * Knowledge of Power Platform/SharePoint Online specific languages like PowerFx, SPFx, and strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, ASP. * Experience in PowerShell scripting and PnP provisioning for SharePoint Online and M365 services. * Experience implementing security and development best practices using Entra ID and M365 services. * Background in M365 Security and compliance features. * Knowledge of Power Platform environments and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE). * Microsoft Certifications. **Benefits:** * Competitive Salary based on experience * Social and medical insurance * Learning, development and career progression
