




**Job Purpose:** To oversee the performance, security, and availability of Transmar’s IT infrastructure while leading and supporting a team of system administrators and support staff. Ensures seamless IT operations across departments and implements effective solutions aligned with business needs. **Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Lead day\-to\-day IT infrastructure operations and manage team tasks and priorities. * Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365\. * Familiar with Office 365 administration and Intune device Management. * Ensure the security, backup, and integrity of all systems and networks. * Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and manage escalations. * Coordinate and implement infrastructure projects (e.g., upgrades, migrations). * Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures. * Manage vendor relationships and IT asset inventory. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Minimum 5 years in system administration, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing enterprise infrastructure and supporting business\-critical IT environments. * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 * Experience with VMware/Hyper\-V, firewalls, and networking * ERP orientated, preferably Oracle and Salesforce CRM. * Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and project management skills * Excellent communication and organizational abilities
