In this role, you will support the smooth and effective functioning of our regional hub, helping drive strategic operations and manage day\-to\-day coordination in a dynamic and evolving context.* Develop and maintain hub calendars, operational cadences, and governance routines * Support the day\-to\-day and evolving operational needs of the hub; coordinate and track progress of key hub initiatives * Serve as a point of contact for operational questions in an evolving environment, and support on linkages between the hub and practices and other functions **Fostering Connectivity Across the Region** One of the core missions of our hubs is to promote cohesion and community across our CCN colleagues, within each location in Middle east offices and across them.* Work with local leads on initiatives that strengthen community and belonging among CCN colleagues * Help shape and drive initiatives that promote collaboration, and knowledge sharing * Help manage internal communications to colleagues for better connectivity, incl. creative new formats of engagement **Learning and Development Coordination** Learning is a cornerstone of our colleagues growth.
