We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to be part of the foundation team at our Fintech squad who will play a pivotal role in building Egypt’s leading consumer finance product. In the capacity of a Senior Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include: * Leading the creation and implementation of sophisticated dashboards and visualizations. * Performing in\-depth analyses to uncover business opportunities and assess potential risks. * Working collaboratively with cross\-functional teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and data strategies. * Designing and maintaining comprehensive data models and ETL processes. * Providing mentorship to junior analysts and encouraging the adoption of best practices in analytics. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics). * 4\+ years of experience in data analytics or BI. * Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). * Experience with data modelling and ETL development. * Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis. * Familiarity with machine learning concepts. * Other BI tools (Metabase) * Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). * Experience with metadata management tools. * Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement. * Advanced analytical and statistical thinking. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. * Excellent storytelling and presentation skills. **Benefits** Office environment: When you come to our b\_labs office, you'll find creative workspaces, a well\-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams.
