




Job Description – Implementation Engineer Assistant / Technical Office Coordinator Job Summary We are seeking an ambitious Implementation Engineer Assistant / Technical Office Coordinator to support the project team in managing schedules, procurement, and on-site coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between design teams, procurement, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities • Project Scheduling: Assist in preparing and updating project schedules (MS Project / Primavera) and tracking progress against timelines. • Procurement Support: Prepare requests for quotations (RFQ), collect and review bids, and follow up on approvals and deliveries. • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors, track purchase orders, and prepare technical and financial comparison tables. • Pricing and Quantity Takeoff (BOQ): Assist in preparing and updating quantity schedules, perform cost analyses, and process change orders. • Site Support: Prepare material requisition lists, monitor delivery and storage, and coordinate with site engineers to ensure timely material availability. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in finishing works, technical office, or construction. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
