#### **Job Description** * Supervising Preventive / Corrective maintenance work orders. * Supervising (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Lighting, HVAC, Plumbing, Painting \& interiors) of the building. * Operating the BMS System. * Operating the Access Control System. * Keeping the Building in a neat, comfortable condition. * Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility: mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems. * Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs. * Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations. * Monitor and supervise MEP preventive Maintenance contracts. · * Respond to emergencies. * Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken. * Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems. * Comply with all safety procedures and requirements. * Support any after\-hours building needs and activities as required #### **Personal Skills** * Very good communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent technical report skills * Good team player * Very Good command of English * Leadership skills * Problem solving * Customer service * Multitasking #### **Technical Skills** * BSC in Engineering with a major in Mechanical/Electrical/ Mechatronics * Good practical experience in MEP * Very good use of hand tools. * AutoCAD 2D \-Fresh Graduate \- up to 3 years maximum #### **Education** B.Sc. in Engineering #### **Job Details** Job Location Cairo, Egypt Company Industry System Integrator Company Type Employer (Private Sector) Job Role Engineering Employment Status Full time Employment Type Employee Job Division Facility #### **Preferred Candidate** Career Level Entry Level Years of Experience Min: 0 Max: 3 Degree Bachelor's degree
