





Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an End User Services, Tower Lead for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. **Responsibilities:** * End\-to\-end responsibility for the solution across transition, run and transformation in EUS Portfolio tower portfolio area * Responsible for development of the tower solution related elements with support of Solution specialists and SMEs * Ensures all client requirements within scope are analysed and solutioned * Works with other tower owners to align solutions * Provides detailed cost input including inputs from SMEs and ensures that tagging is in line with strategy set by Solution Lead \& DA. * Identifies cost behaviours of cost lines and relationship to client unit pricing * Works with other members of the team to align on common assumptions and to avoid gaps and overlaps * Clearly articulates the basis of any subcontractor/supplier (e.g. OSS provide or software supplier) quotes, including assumptions and exclusions and the validity period of pricing – works directly with subcontractor * Solutions to the client SLA’s, and documents/agrees any exceptions from the standards * Input to Solution Artefacts (ADMT/ iCOST, RAIDE, Solution Approval pack etc) * Reviews and inputs to the contract schedules, SoW, SLA etc * Contributes to proposal writing \- aligned to sales strategy, themes, scoring mechanism * Supports Commercial Lead with Draft/mark\-up of the schedules relating your part of the solution (SoW, SLA etc.) * Supports Solution Lead and contribute to the Sales to Delivery Handover (StDH) * Brings in market intelligence from a portfolio “competitiveness” standpoint both from the global and regional markets. Key areas are analysing the client buying patterns, price points and third\-party analyst views on the portfolio. * Good grasp on similar portfolios available in the market with the ability to analyse, stich \& customize some of the core portfolio services \& solutions, as per specific client needs (not falling under the standard portfolio services \& offers) **Requirements:** * 5\+ years of experience in implementations of enterprise scale solutions based on Service Desk/on site support services and/or Microsoft and supporting technologies with major focus on O365/M365 Transformations, VDI/WVD Transformations * Experience in designing architecture for Service Desks and/or EUS/O365/M365, * Understanding of the key technologies relevant to Microsoft based solution including: AD/LDAP, Azure AD, SSO, ADFS, SAML * Microsoft Certifications: MCSA: Office 365, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSA: Windows 10 or similar. Alternatively, candidate should be capable of passing the certification exams during upcoming 12 months period (the company may offer relevant internal trainings) General * Background from either run or transformation within the specific portfolio tower * Strong connection to portfolio team * Motivated to develop across breadth of the tower to expand technical skills Customer engagement * Strong client facing skills, able to clearly articulate tower solution and roadmap to client face\-offs * Presentation and writing skills – to be able to articulate their tower solution **Management:** * Leadership of the virtual team working within Portfolio tower solution; ability to coach, steer, challenge, guide – support in case of challenges * Strong team leader to manage and coach team through tough deadlines * Stakeholder management, engagement and socialisation within the management related to the Portfolio area **Technical/Portfolio:** * Strong technical depth in Portfolio tower * Good understanding of vendor and partner landscape for the tower, including Capgemini preferred partners and products * Ability to perform an Enterprise Architect level consulting/advisory and due diligence type work for complex deals to ensure smooth transition to actual delivery teams **Commercial:** * Ability to understand and identify non\-standard requirements and/or draft SoW / SLA and able to review service credits/penalties for their Portfolio tower. * Risk identification, treatment and management. **Financial:** Costing skills and understanding of competitive benchmarks / metrics for Portfolio tower.
