We are currently looking for a IT License Analyst to join one of our clients in the FMCG Industry. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Oversee and manage all DTPS contracts, including framework agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), NDAs, NAAs, and other formats using the SAP Ariba contract management platform. * Assist DTPS stakeholders in the end\-to\-end contract process: creation, approvals, renewals, and terminations. * Prepare monthly reports highlighting contracts due for expiration and support the IT Contracts Manager in tracking status. * Coordinate with suppliers and third parties for contract processing, including facilitating the DocuSign signing process. * Support both internal and external audits related to contracts and compliance. * Ensure contract operations align with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs). **Requirements** **Education \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Administration, IT, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in IT contract management. * Hands\-on experience with contract management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba). **Skills \& Knowledge:** * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel. * Basic knowledge of SAP for Purchase Requisition creation. * Prior experience in a large enterprise environment is preferred. **Language:** * Professional proficiency in English.
