**Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and manage all architectural design projects within the company. * Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of architects and designers. * Provide technical guidance and support throughout the design and construction phases. * Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, codes, and industry best practices. * Serve as the head of the architecture department, coordinating with other departments and stakeholders. * Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications. * Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable practices. * Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success. **Requirements** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or a related field). Proven experience in a senior or leadership architectural role. Proficiency in **Revit** and **AutoCAD** is a must. Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
