Key Responsibilities: * Design and develop electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems . * Conduct feasibility studies and prepare specifications for electrical systems. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. * Perform load calculations and equipment sizing to meet project requirements. * Conduct troubleshooting and analysis of electrical systems to resolve issues efficiently. * Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and standards. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports related to projects. * Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical staff. **Requirements** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * 15\+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a consulting environment. * Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. * Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). * Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE). * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Knowledge of renewable energy systems and sustainable design practices is a plus.
