




Egypt (New Cairo) • Bulgaria • Greece Information Technology Hybrid Leaders We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Azure Engineer with significant technical skills in Azure and business acumen to join our team in Coca\-Cola Hellenic Digital \& Technology Platform Services (DTPS) and be part of the BI Reporting team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategy, design and development of our Enterprise and Operational Reporting, providing insights and supporting decision making for end users. The role involves significant collaboration with business and IT teams, opportunity to integrate \& transform data from various data systems into structures that are suitable for building analytical solutions, design, develop and implement Azure\-based solutions connecting certified and validated data sources to Power BI front\-end visualizations and creating a single source of truth for reporting in CCH. YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Lead the development teams in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions * Support teams of Senior \& Junior Developers across multiple development teams and take responsibility for Engineering capabilities within teams * Make key technical decisions and set guidelines for coding standards and practices to be followed by the development team * Collaborate closely with Enterprise \& Platform Architects to ensure designs align with the overall architectural vision * Monitor, evaluate, and ensure the high quality of code by conducting code reviews and integrating best practices * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that the development team encounters * Mentor and support Senior \& Junior Developers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement * Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into projects where applicable * Facilitate communication between team members and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clear understanding of objectives * Manage and prioritize project tasks and milestones in collaboration with product managers \& delivery managers ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?* Hands\-on experience with MS Power BI, MS PowerApps, MS Azure Data Factory, MS Azure Data Lake Store, SQL Database (T\-SQL), DAX \& Power Query M (5\+ years on the Microsoft stack or similar) * Expert level knowledge of SQL is a minimum requirement for the job (5\+ years of practical/hands\-on experience) * Strong programming skills in languages such as C\#, Python, Scala or Java (5\+ years of practical experience in industry in at least one of them) * Strong analytical \& problem\-solving abilities, as well as good communication skills are a must have for the role * Strong hands\-on coaching skills to guide, mentor and support the delivery team of various data engineers is needed * Proven track record of implementing \& developing proof\-of\-concept (POC) backend solutions \& summarizing results for senior management * Expert knowledge with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Storage, Amazon); preferably Microsoft Azure in combination with Databricks– with a focus on data warehousing \& backend development * Experience with big data architectures and large data volumes technologies (partitioned tables with billions of records, files with hundreds of GBs) * Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark as well as strong knowledge with data manipulation frameworks such as PySpark * Experience in DevOps \& MLOps is of advantage to foster the principles and enforcement with CI/CD\-based project delivery * First proven leadership experience towards Junior \& Senior Developers and a proactive approach to project management is a plus * Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in a fast moving environment * Good proficiency in English as a day\-to\-day business language is a must Preferred qualifications:* Strong hands\-on understanding of data modelling concepts regarding business semantics on Power BI is highly appreciated * Good understanding of the DevSecOps cycle on a Power\-BI side for (semi)\-automated deployments of dashboards is appreciated * Strong understanding within the SAFE Agile framework is appreciated (project management \& delivery management experience) * Knowledge of SAP BW (extractors, transformations, queries, data export) and Azure Data Sources would be appreciated * First knowledge in the domain of Machine Learning \& Deep Learning is appreciated, but definitely not a must\-have HOW YOU’LL KNOW THAT YOU’RE SUCCESSFUL: When you ensure high levels of end user adoption, regular usage and increased satisfaction of the developed reports.
