Contributes and ensures the contribution of the team to all improvement plan Initiates and leads opportunities of continuous improvements Provide technical RCA and follow up with all stakeholders Ensure SWAN/Jira tickets follow up per offer **Votre profil** ---------------- Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience. 2\-5 Years of experience in Cloud based application system 2\-3 Years of experience leading teams of engineers and IT specialists Computer, Communication or Electronics MIS, B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree. Soft\-Skills / Business Courses \& Certification (time management, negotiation/communication skills...). Excellent understanding of systems technologies (operating systems, Hardware servers including blade/rack mounted servers, virtualization, storage, and backup). Excellent understanding Network Architecture, Backup/ Restore, Storage Area Networks and Monitoring Solutions. Excellent communication, facilitation and customer facing skills. Very good understanding of systems related products (Microsoft Windows 2K/2K3/2K8/2K12, VMWare, NSX, VCD, DNS/DHCP, Linux, vBlock, NetApp, NetBackup, Veem backup, HP3PAR, Isilon, Bladelogic, Zerto). Very good understanding of project management. Very good technical reporting skills. Certifications of MCSA and VCP is required, MCSE, MCITP, Citrix and Hyper\-V are a plus. Fluent English speaking.
