Also, he analyzes and continuously improves the process. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for Obtaining and Updating Bank's products, related rates, and required documents periodically on the Faydety website. * Guide clients through troubleshooting and navigating the Faydety website. * Review the Client application and make sure it meets all bank requirements before sending it to the concerned bank. * Follow up with Client and Bank and Update Application Status * Facilitating cross\-channel feedback from customers and Banks to management. * Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made * Delivering reports to department heads, management teams, and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the Process * Initiate different campaigns to push sales in all different channels * Help to increase the number of applications on the website. * Responsible for preparing and sending payment invoices to banks and receiving bank transfer\-proof. * Responsible for Achieving the Annual Target **Qualifications** * Good Mathematical Skills * Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities * High communication skills * Adequate knowledge of basic banking products * Fluent in Arabic \& English written/spoken. * Training experience in a bank (Preferred) * Excellent Computer Skills
