**Role Description:** Agile Coach is responsible for supporting our organisation in implementing and enhancing our Agile practices. As a key member of our team, we will work closely with various departments to improve project delivery, team collaboration and overall organisational agility. **Experience and Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) \* * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large\-scale agile transformations * Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (eg, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS). * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (CAC), or equivalent certification. * Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP\-ACC) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMF\-ACP) is preferred. * Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. * Strong analytical thinking, communication, and emotional intelligence. **Specific knowledge*** Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) * Background in software development or IT project management knowledge **Individual Skills:*** Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams * Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills * Proven ability to influence and coach at all levels of an organisation * Experience in change management and organisational development * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills **Mindset and Behaviours:*** Growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning. * Strong servant leadership qualities\-motivating and inspiring teams to reach their full potential * High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt communication to different audiences. * Proactive problem\-solver with a people\-centric and outcome\-oriented approach. **Responsibilities:*** Lead the design and implementation of agile transformation strategies across the enterprise. * Coach executives, managers, and teams on agile principles, practices, and mindset. * Facilitate agile ceremonies and events, including sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, * and retrospectives * Identify and remove impediments to agile adoption and team performance * Develop and deliver agile training programs for various levels of the organisation * Assess team and organisational agile maturity, recommending improvements and best practices. * Collaborate with all departments and functions to ensure consistent agile. * practices across the whole organisation. * Monitor and report on the progress of agile transformation initiatives. * Stay updated with current industry trends and emerging agile methodologies. 2DnUFhF838
