For more information, visit* *Worley.com* You will provide structural engineering services to Worley and its customers, including technical support and supervision within the structural engineering team. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Monitors construction of NPP’s and associated structures; develops comments pertaining to non\-compliance with design * Supports the Client in Civil Construction Site Inspections * Participates in safety, environmental and hazard assessments * Reviews, comments and prepares drafts of client correspondence pertaining to site construction * Reports on project performance against the baseline plan * Assists in ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements * Represents Worley at internal \& external meetings on the project * Reviews as\-built documentation for completeness as per EPC contract requirements and applicable standards **Experience and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. * Strong construction oversight skills; 8\+ years of construction field supervision experience in multi\-cultural teams. * NPP or Nuclear\-related construction experience is required. **Special Job Requirements** * Ability to analyze, communicate, influence and persuade. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus. * Proactive team player, proven to be effective in a multi\-cultural environment. **Moving forward together** At Worley we want our people to be energised and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
