Job Summary: The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. This role involves managing the day\-to\-day activities on the construction site, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and coordinate construction activities on\-site to ensure projects are executed according to design specifications and project requirements. * Review project drawings and specifications to ensure full understanding and compliance by the site team. * Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders. * Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project. * Communicate effectively with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during construction. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the work being performed and ensure timely completion of tasks. * Prepare daily reports and documentation related to site activities. * Assist in managing the project budget by tracking expenditures and identifying cost\-saving opportunities. * Implement and enforce site safety measures, ensuring all team members are aware of and adhere to safety protocols. * Help in the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * 2\+ years of experience in site engineering or construction management. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes. * Experience with project management software and tools. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
