This role is critical to enhancing the operational framework and ensuring the successful delivery of quality education. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. * Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. * Coordinate with various departments, including finance, HR, and academics, to ensure seamless operations. * Conduct regular assessments of operational performance and take corrective actions when necessary. * Manage budgets and forecasts, optimizing resource allocation. * Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors. * Ensure compliance with local and national regulations as well as internal policies. * Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive work environment. * Drive initiatives to enhance student and staff satisfaction. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education sector. * Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and managing cross\-functional teams. * Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proficient in MS Office and operations management software.
