




**Requirements and responsibilities** **Job Responsibilities:** * Using SQL to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. * Apply networking knowledge to diagnose and resolve connectivity problems. * Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem\-solving. * Locate and utilize relevant support articles and troubleshooting resources. * Ensure high\-quality service delivery by providing accurate and timely information to customers. * Document ticket actions and resolutions for future reference. * Handle client inquiries via calls, tickets, and emails. **Job Requirements:** * Fluent in English is a MUST * Basic knowledge of networking for troubleshooting purposes. * Familiarity with Windows OS commands and shortcuts. * Basic SQL skills for executing simple queries. * Preferred experience with HTML and CSS. * Detail\-oriented mindset. * Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills. * Preferably experience with Microsoft Server.
