




The ideal candidate will practice all aspects of Performance Measurement including: * Works closely with the department manager to establish a continuous performance reporting system. * Assists in Creating performance indicators and dashboards for operational services. * Tracks, Measures, and analyzes company/Department performance measurements set to identify performance improvement opportunities. * Develops appropriate techniques to gather data, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible. * Develops the skills of the data support staff and other quality/operations staff in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information. * Ensures accurate data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed and makes recommendations for future improvements based on data. * Maintains a database of all relevant measures per department. * Conducts root cause analysis and comes up with corrective actions as required. * Works collaboratively with other staff, leaders, and managers to continuously improve data accuracy and improve measurement process. **Requirements:** * 4\+ years of experience in a performance culture. * Strong Statistical background. * Knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard framework. * Intensive knowledge of Performance KPIs and Benchmarking. * Knowledge of dashboard reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) * Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (specifically with respect to Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). * Strong attention to detail required. * Strong communication skills. * Knowledge of ISO9001 is an advantage. * Knowledge of ISO27001 is an advantage.
