* Responsible for providing support of SQL Database Infrastructure * Installation and configuration of SQL Server in single and cluster mode. * Primarily role is supporting the production and development SQL databases * Good experience in Replication, Log shipping, Clustering * Experience in Database patch Installation, clean up, cloning, DB Job scheduling. * Configuring and maintaining Database replication / standby / clusters. * Creation of maintenance plans and jobs for update stats , defragmentation * Review contention for CPU, memory, network, and disk resources * Review fragmentation by investigating row chaining and other areas of fragmentation * Capture Performance Statistics using performance monitors * Define Backup policy and retention policy for complete/differential/transaction backup * Conduct backup, restoration drills for backup verification in different scenarios. * Hands on experience and excellent knowledge of DB administration, License Management, Version upgrades and migrations * Execution of backup/recovery procedures Job Type: Permanent Experience: * DBA SQL: 8 years (Required)
