**Job Code:** \[A23\-001] **Location:** Cyber Force HQ, Cairo, Egypt **Job Type:** Full\-time **Job Description:** Cyber Force is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Administrator to join our cybersecurity consultancy team. In this role, you will be a pivotal point of contact for our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless flow of information and effective customer engagement. If you have a passion for technology, a keen understanding of cybersecurity, and the ability to manage complex administrative tasks, we want you on our team. **Responsibilities:** * Maintain and nurture customer relationships, providing exceptional support and timely responses to inquiries. * Prepare, format, and send company offers and proposals professionally and compellingly. * Monitor and facilitate registration processes at procurement offices, ensuring projects move forward without delay. * Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, sales, and pre\-sales teams, capturing key discussion points and action items in comprehensive Minutes of Meeting (MoM) reports. * Efficiently manage and qualify leads generated by the sales team, identifying opportunities for further engagement and conversion. * Keep the CRM system (SalesForce) up\-to\-date, ensuring accurate and easily accessible customer data. * Collaborate with our technical team and understand technical information, especially in the cybersecurity domain, to provide informed responses to customer inquiries. * Flexibility to travel and conduct meetings with customers located in various regions, including Europe, the USA, and other international locations.” **Qualifications:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or a related field. * Strong technical acumen and the ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical information. * Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and industry trends is a significant advantage. * Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with our global customer base. * Willingness and ability to travel as needed to conduct meetings and maintain customer relationships worldwide. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven experience working with CRM software and familiarity with SalesForce is a plus.
