Candidate will manage a team of software developers to assure that software development activities are delivered on time while complying to company quality standards. Role responsibilities can be summarized as follows: * Set estimates for required software development effort * Key person in design of software applications * Manage software development activities * Coach and support team members in technical issues, challenges and problems * Conduct code reviews Communicate with clients to resolve technical issues, challenges and problems * ### **Requirements** * B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering * 5\+ years of experience with the full software development life cycle covering requirements, design, development, testing, delivery and support * Experience in design of complete software applications * Hands\-on experience with C\#, ASP.net, MVC, LINQ, Entity Framework. * Strong experience with Angular, Dotnet core. * Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Exceptional experience with Microsoft SQL Server including stored procedures, views and triggers * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services and Reporting Services * Familiarity with general mobile application development landscape, trends, and emerging technologies * Experience with Web Services * Hands\-on experience with Agile software development is a plus * Ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions * Solid understanding of OO design and implementation * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Possess creative problem\-solving skills * Experience in handling clients * Ability to lead a team
