Our client is a leading supplier of electrical products in Egypt. **Position:** Automation Engineer **Location:** Downtown **Working Days:** Sunday – Thursday **Days Off:** Friday – Saturday **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Job Summary** --------------- The Automation Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and programming industrial drives, with a focus on KEB and Chinese brands. The role involves delivering high\-quality technical support to customers, ensuring reliable operation of systems, and providing training when required. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence. * ### **Key Responsibilities** * * Install, configure, and program industrial drives (KEB and Chinese brands) to meet application and operational requirements. * Perform commissioning and testing of automation systems to ensure proper integration and functionality. * Deliver technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and professional service. * Provide technical training and support to clients to improve system performance and operational knowledge. * Document installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities accurately. * Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless service delivery. * Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices related to drive systems and automation solutions. #### **Requirements Education \& Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related field). * Experience 2\+ years of practical experience in drives installation, commissioning, and technical support. * Knowledge of KEB and Chinese drive brands is a strong advantage. **Skills** * Technical: Strong troubleshooting skills and hands\-on experience with industrial drives. * Interpersonal: Excellent communication, customer service orientation, attention to detail, problem\-solving, flexibility, and accountability. * Other: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively. ##### **At Jadeer, we value diversity and equal opportunity.
