**Product Designer Responsibilities:** * Design and maintain system\-level web/mobile components, patterns, and documentation for the Partner Home pattern library in Figma for our supplier\-facing designers to utilize and reference. * Document design specifications and usage guidelines that can be leveraged by designers and engineers. * Collaborate with product owners, developers, content designers, user researchers, and other designers to deliver quality, cohesive, inclusive designs that scale across a variety of different supplier workflows. * Influence and contribute to the Experience Platform roadmap and product backlog to evolve the pattern library. * Drive a sense of urgency in the team to deliver work, emphasizing the use of lean tools and techniques more rapidly deliver work. **What You’ll Need:** * At least 2\+ years of experience building and contributing to design systems at enterprise organizations, with experience in banking being a plus. * A portfolio with case studies illustrating comparable work related to design systems at mid/large\-scale organizations. Examples of product design specifically for desktop web applications are a must. * Mastery of interaction and visual design principles and Figma as a design tool. * Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills with an ability to thrive in ambiguity. * Strong understanding of design processes, the implications for responsive design, and accessibility guidelines. * Understands and demonstrates systematic design thinking. * Ability to design solutions that solve problems at multiple levels of scale (simple and complex scenarios, edge cases). * Ability to create timelines and manage your own work independently. * Experience balancing multiple projects and timelines.
