




**Key Responsibilities:Social Media:** * Handle messages and comments on all platforms. * Publish content on: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube. * Write captions and assist with story content. * Track and analyze social media performance; share insights with the team. * Network via social media channels. **Content \& Communication:** * Maintain the content calendar in collaboration with the content team. * Write reports (status updates, monthly summaries). * Coordinate and respond to emails across departments. * Respond to WhatsApp messages and coordinate with leads/clients. **Internal Coordination:** * Take meeting minutes. * Schedule and organize internal meetings. * Plan, run, and follow up on team meetings. **Event \& Partnership Support:** * Organize and promote company events. * Approach sponsors, partners, and attendees. * Conduct market research to spot potential collaborations. * Perform due diligence on proposed events and clients. **Business Development Support:** * Collaborate with BD and telesales teams to update lead statuses. * Follow up on marketing\-generated leads. * Assist in securing online and offline meetings. **Webinars \& Tech Support:** * Manage webinar platforms. * Provide tech support during live events. **Campaign Support:** * Assist in WhatsApp Campaign execution. * Support analytics reporting.
