Supports senior category management in optimizing product assortments, inventory, and market share across travel retail stores, in addition to analytical reporting support to category management.\n\n **What you’ll need to succeed**\n\n\n**1\\. Reporting \\& Analysis** \n\nPerformance Tracking:\n\n* Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales trends (vs. LY \\& target), budget achievement, comparable growth, and store rankings.\n* Consolidate regional sell\\-out data at SKU level for all doors (stores).\n* Generate Oracle BI reports for suppliers (e.g., weekly/monthly sell\\-out by door/SKU, stock reports by location).\n\n**2\\.** **Market \\& Category Intelligence:**\n\n* Produce MTD/YTD reports on:\n* Market share by country/brand.\n* Category rankings (by store, brand, category).\n* Best\\-sellers by country/category.\n* Conduct basket analysis (VPT, PPT, PPP, Footfall, Conversion Rate).\n* Analyze category performance by furniture type (gondolas, shelves, wall units).\n\n**3\\. Strategic Insights:**\n\n* Build competitive intelligence reports on beauty retail trends.\n* Prepare business reviews for top management and bi\\-annual strategy presentations for key brands.\n* Deliver ad\\-hoc analyses (e.g., sales by customer ethnicity, fragrance launch performance, store/brand mapping).\n\n**4\\.Coordination \\& Operations:**\n\n\nData Integrity \\& Alignment:\n\n* Validate commercial vs. financial figures (USD rates, door openings/closures, comparable doors) with Finance teams.\n* Assist in setting yearly KPIs and monthly targets by country/region.\n\n**5\\. Budget \\& Project Support:**\n\n* Coordinate budget allocation by brand/category at store level; translate into basket KPIs.\n* Support E\\-commerce, CRM, and digital app projects (for what’s to come)\n\n**6\\.
