This role is open to **both Saudi and non\-Saudi candidates**, offering the opportunity to work on **complex, high\-impact programs** aligned with **Vision 2030** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the delivery of **large\-scale strategy and analytics programs** across multiple clients and industries. * Define and manage program governance, ensuring alignment with both client priorities and SDG Arabia standards. * Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and decision\-makers. * Drive cross\-functional collaboration across practices (Data Analytics, EPM, and Digital Transformation). * Monitor and report program performance, budgets, timelines, and risks. * Coach and mentor project managers, strengthening our delivery leadership in KSA. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Minimum **10 years’ experience** managing delivery portfolios or large programs in consulting or enterprise environments. * Strong background in **Business Strategy and Data Analytics delivery**. * Demonstrated expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and C\-level engagement. * PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification strongly preferred. * Prior experience in **KSA or GCC markets** is highly desirable. **Why Join Us?** At **SDG Arabia**, you’ll be part of a global consulting group with a strong presence in the Kingdom—delivering **strategy\-driven, data\-powered transformation**.
