WHAT YOU’LL DO: * Develop and implement business solutions leveraging industry, function, and business expertise. * Deliver functional and application designs. * Ensure solutions represent current and future business requirements HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: * 3\+ years in Oracle cloud HCM implementation experience. * 3\+ years of experience in HCM Cloud applications (i.e. Oracle HCM Cloud, talent management, payroll) * Experience in the whole lifecycle of a cloud implementation project. * Providing technical guidance for troubleshooting Oracle HCM Applications * Knowledge of SQL and PL\-SQL is an asset. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong English written/verbal communications. * Self\-motivated individual who works well in a team environment. * Willing to travel to customer sites on a regular basis. * Experience in working as part of Global/ Matrixed/ Remote teams. * Self\-driven, ability to work under minimal supervision. * Excellent Analytical skills.
