Founded in 2014, Advansys is part of the INTRO Group, a private conglomerate established in 1980 with diverse investments across different business areas, oil and gas, real estate, specialized engineering, financial investment, Food \& manufacturing. **Job Description:** * Four years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (On\-Premises) development. * Proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and full\-stack development. * Ability to develop, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 to meet business needs. * Experience creating custom workflows, plugins, and integrations using C\# and .NET frameworks. * Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems and applications via REST APIs, web services, and middleware. * Hands\-on experience with data migrations and upgrades within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. * Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with integration and system functionality issues. * Capability to work on both front\-end and back\-end components, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust backend performance. * Proven ability to develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. * Ensuring solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security. * Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation. * Very good skills in using MSSQL Server. * Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Boards, Work Items, Git Repository for codebase versioning). * Ownership, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team. * Experience in the banking or enterprise sector is preferred. * Preferred Certifications: * Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate * Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Developer Associate (optional)
