We're looking for a **Business Development Executive** to join our team and play a key role in expanding our global reach. The market is changing, mainly due to the introduction of many AI tools. Our core business “Localization” will not be enough in the new time to come. We should adjust our services to become a “Global content service supplier” to fill the needs of our clients. The main goal of the new BDE is to guide us towards this new profile and match us with new “end user” clients globally. For this, we have the following criteria: **Key Responsibilities:** * Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the localization and translation – content industry * Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients * Maintain/ initiate strong, long\-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and upselling * Maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation through onboarding and retention * Work closely with operations, project management, and vendor management teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence * Conduct in\-depth market research to identify trends, emerging needs, and competitive positioning * Staying up to date on industry trends and localization technologies (e.g. AI) * Collaborate with leadership, especially the CEO, on strategic planning and execution **✅ Needed Qualifications:** * 3–5 years of experience in business development within **localization, translation, or language services** * Solid understanding of **localization workflows, TMS** (e.g., memoQ, Trados, XTM), and **CAT tools and AI tools/solutions** * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs (end clients – LSPs) * Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English * Strong consultative sales approach and ability to work independently * Experience targeting industries like **Life Sciences, Legal, E\-commerce, Software, or Media** * An analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action **We offer:** * A versatile position in a dynamic international company * Hybrid working * Informal atmosphere and a young\-at\-heart team of colleagues * Fair and market\-based remuneration * Annual budget for individual training * 30 days of paid leave per calendar year Job Type: Full\-time Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Localization Business Development: 3 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Required)
