The role involves quality control, reporting, and management information system (MIS) support to ensure smooth operations and compliance within the Retail Ops department. The position is based in Dubai and requires strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform quality checks on operational processes and reports. * Maintain and update MIS dashboards and reports to support business decision\-making. * Analyze data for trends, inconsistencies, and process improvements. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information flow. * Support audit requirements and compliance checks within retail operations. * Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on operational performance. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in QC, MIS reporting, or data analysis (preferably in retail or operations). * Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
